Just left my first appointment and was thrilled with the service! The office was clean and the staff was friendly and thorough. I would definitely recommend and will be returning in the future!
Soooo shady. Scheduled an appointment and got an email the next day that they needed to cancel. Called the office and AI answered the phone. Said I wanted to talk to a person and it transferred me to an actual human. Said I got an email canceling my appointment and they said yes because we don’t have a provider there at that location!!! What the heck?! How can you open an office without someone working there?!
They undercharged my copay by $10, and then mailed me a bill, which I immediately paid. They cashed the check, and yet I continue to receive bills. I have attempted to call, email and leave messages, but the bills keep coming and no one is calling me back. Incredibly frustrating dealing with this place. When you call, it’s an AI bot who answers, and you can’t speak to a human.
