I was really excited to be seen by the dermatologist at this office because they are one of the best across two states. I did not get the chance to be seen and my appointment was canceled by the office. I fully prepared to go via their self-pay option because I had a serious concern that needed to be addressed and wanted to be seen by someone with such glowing reviews. I waited about 5 to 6 minutes before being called to see the nurse/ doctor. They asked good questions and gave my practical suggestions and treatment. This was my 1st visit and they displayed a professional demeanor.
I had my first visit on Wednesday, 8/16/2023 at 11:15. The parking area was small... about 8 spaces or so behind the building. I posted a pic of the waiting area. One patient checked out as I checked in, and I was the only one waiting to be seen. All staff members were very pleasant and professional, and the office was clean, inviting, and comfortable. Jennifer Wright answered all questions and carefully explained the procedures she was using. She was very professional. Katherine provided excellent assistance. Erica was very welcoming at the front desk. As a result of this visit, I highly recommend Connolly Dermatology.
I was seen for my annual skin check with Certified Nurse Practitioner Jennifer Wright. Thorough full body exam revealed one area of questionable cells on my left arm. The area was treated, with followup in 6 weeks for reevaluation. Over all I was really pleased with my exam and treatment. I left feeling confident that all my questions and concerns had been addressed by a caring professional and her assistant. I would highly recommend.
