Called to schedule 6 month visit and was told I had been discharged as a patient over an unpaid bill, apparently $123, that had been sent to collections. Received no outreach or communication whatsoever from the office before they wrote me off. Since the office has proven to lack any care for their patients, I guess I'll abandon my care for them, and share my experience over the past 2 years. Today was my very first visit & I was extremely happy with everyone from the women at the front desk to the P.A., Vincent, who was great! I would recommend Connelly Dermatology in a heartbeat! Thank you😊
Condescending and rude told me that I basically don’t need to be there “but thank you for the co-pay”. Was helpful though.
