Today was our second visit to Connolly Dermatology in Montgomeryville, PA. My husband and I recently moved to the Philadelphia area and were in need of a dermatology practice. Connolly Dermatology in Montgomeryville, PA came highly recommended. Those recommendations are spot on! We were warmly recommended by Jeanne, the receptionist. The office is very new and clean, and I was seen on time. The staff during my visit was professional, caring, and explained everything clearly. Follow-up communication, however, has been rough. I was told I’d hear back about my results but didn’t, despite making multiple calls. I eventually received my results from what seemed like a customer service representative after calling several times, and then later received a letter stating they had been unable to contact me, which was confusing and concerning. Saw Jacqueline PA at Montgomery office for a follow up on biopsy. The area healed nicely. Jacqueline was very patient with me for I had questions and concerns and was never made to feel silly or that my questions were unimportant. She answered me with suggestions that I'm going to try. Thank you Jacqueline and the nurse smand office clerk for their kindness.
