Although I'm not to thrilled with Covey Financial, I was elated to speak with Nicole. She was kind, informative and professional. I received an escrow analysis in January 2025. I was expecting a surplus. I called Covey and as usual no one answered. A representative called back and said, they sent the escrow analysis in error and I will not receive my surplus. My experience was great. Nicole gave me understanding and clarity about my issue I had with my account. She took her time in explaining all my questions. Although her phone kept disconnecting our call, she called directly back and was sincerely apologetic and continued to assist me without missing a beat! We need more reps like Nicole.
Just spoke with a supervisor named A.J. He was extremely awesome professional, helpful and empathetic to what my concerns and frustrations were. He showed great customer service skills and he was an active listener. He also gave me an update and provided me with solutions and a followed phone call.
