I would like to take the time to share my experience, With Covey financial. Since my mortgage Company has moved over to Covey I’ve had the best experience with making online payments and most a live representative by the name of Nicole. She has been Extremely prompt with responses and Answering all my questions in a timely manner. She has made the transition over to covey extremely easy. Thank you Nicole for all your help in my very difficult time.

So far, I have not been happy with the service I've had at Covey Financial. Recently, I've called to ask questions about my escrow analysis and the employee I spoke with talked very fast. I could not make sense of anything she was saying, even after I asked her to please slow it down a bit. They should have better reps in the escrow department because this is something that can get confusing for homeowners.
