The lady that helped me her name was Miss Naomi. I called because I need information on the insurance that I had on my house and I was sent paperwork of the escrow account. The way it was written on a paper. It was very complicated. She broke it down and I understood now I should be up to par and up-to-date on my payments. She was just really helpful., Calm and understandable I appreciate that a lot She wasn’t rushing either. She took her time and made sure I understood I gave her six stars.
Due to an isolated accident through the Covey Financial Website, I was charged a 25.00 fee. I spoke with the owner, Eric. Due to my husband's and I loyalty with Covey as well as being on time with our payments. Eric honored my request to waive the 25.00 fee. Thank you Eric. I appreciate it.

Covey Financial Services is by far the worst Mortgage company that I have ever dealt with. Hours on the website are wrong; you can't get in contact with anyone during normal business hours. The annual escrow analysis is always incorrect. This is certainly a new inexperienced company where nobody at the office knows what to do. Try going on the website to search requesting a new annual analysis, only to find you have to mail in your request to a PO Box that's not listed!
