Samantha was very rude towards my disabled client and myself, which of whom resides at Delmont Village. My disabled client has been without air conditioning for a week now. I had to take my client to her primary care doctor to receive a letter detailing my client's medical conditions. The letter was received by Samantha on 4/19/19 at 10:38am. The property manager Samantha has been nothing but pleasant since the first day I walked in the door. She is very knowledgeable and was more than willing to help me get into the community. I am looking forward to moving in to Delmont soon and I thank Samantha for her kind welcoming 💜💜💜💜

Hello God bless this place is amazing Mrs Samantha is hard working and determined to help you with the move in process our apartment is was very clean when moving in and the neighborhood is peaceful day and night and it's feels very much like home thank Jesus for everything

I recommend that u donot rent from this company...she boost up charges on your rent ...and pockets the money....evicted me after I paid my rent 3 hours before the Marshall came did not care if me and my children had some where to stay I will be taking her to court for my money ..she is a sneaky conniving lady..

It will be 4yrs Oct2018.. I lived in Delmont Village. Never really had an issue with neighbors or Management. Only thing im not too satisfied with is the going UP on rent every yr when im still working the Same job.. Not receiving any additional income.
