Lit my water heater for free. Did not diagnose the problem though which was the thermocouple. Otherwise, friendly and like I said, no charge.

Extremely knowledgeable with replacing my old pull out and turn handle with a turn handle. This involved cutting out my wall and putting in new fixtures in both bathrooms. Outstanding work! Matt!
