The Customer service representative was super helpful and explained clearly. The technician showed up before the promised time on a Saturday night and worked really hard to help clear a clog. He saved my house from flooding further and was very kind. I appreciate the effort and great service. We called them again a couple weeks later to get another service done as well.

One company came to my house gave me an estimate of 3500. I called Discount plumbers for a second estimate and they gave me a price of $350. and I feel since Iâ� � m a senior woman retired and I am on a budget income. That the first company was just trying to take advantage.Discount Plumming save me a lot of money and I appreciate their honesty. Highly recommend this company.
Lonnie was great. He repaired a toilet that was leaking from the base. Needed a new wax ring and repair to the flange. I watched him do the job and he explained every step. Good work. Will use again if I need plumbing work.
