The nurse was very nice and made the children comfortable so she could start the exam.She explained everything as she was doing the exam and my children were very pleased with her.I love doorstep and will continue to use their service.
Always such a good experience. Quick but bedside manner is amazing. Iv had my 1yr old seen twice and it’s been great. Doc calls within an hour and prescriptions are send immediately.
What a comfort and peace of mind for a busy overwhelmed parent. Not having to load a sick and screaming kid into the car, let alone waiting in a busy lobby with other kids germs or spreading yours, is such a huge relief. Let alone the incredible care from someone who is patient and willing to accommodate a child who is unable to communicate or be away from mom’s arms. Thank you for such speedy responses and support for our children. We are so grateful to have you.

Quick, attentive, and very professional. They did wonderfully with making my 7 yo feel at ease. They also allowed my 10 yo, 8yo, myself and my 9mo old sit in the van while the exam was occurring. (I held the baby) They let the older two sit on the bench and she was seen, tested, and examined in under 15 minutes far faster and more convenient going to the van in the driveway, rather than waiting in the walk in for an hour, plus an hour to be seen, and then be dismissed.
