On 5/22/19 one of your reps came to do pest control at my resturant. The tech Art Chavez was wearing a mask. He never disclosed that the chemical was potentially hazardous to our health. That was on a Wednesday night. On Wednesday night I left work coughing, Thursday I returned to work with my nose and throat raw from the chemicals.
