I arrived all nervous but was received very warmly by Ryan the owner and fellow members and felt like I belonged immediately. . After doing the necessities I was wrapped up and ready for my first class 🥊 . The workout was INSANE but super enjoyable with great energy and awesome music!!! Ps there is an inhouse DJ!!! . Great gym, no pretentious. High intensity workout and boxing, excellent instructors and all staff are super nice. I’m new in town and I’m glad I found it, best gym ever!
I am loving this place so far. The trainers really push you to the limit. They also correct people on their form or technique when needed. All the trainers and staff treat you well and are ultra friendly.
Amazing gym! Everyone is welcome, regardless of experience levels. Trainers are amazing, and correct/teach you the right way to do the exercises
