Great team. Excellent customer service. Everyone here is very polite and helpful. I highly recommend this scrap yard to everyone.
100% customer friendly from the initial call into them to the minute they unloaded my truck. A very impressive operation. Mike took my original call & walked me through what I could & could not recycle, what they give you cash for, etc & sent me to Arlington Heights location. Once there, like 5 guys descended onto my truck & within minutes it was empty. I walked into the garage & boom, hands me a slip of paper & I was done. Bing bang boom!
