Easy to find and Very friendly staff. Reasonable prices for TV drop-offs. I will be visiting them again for all my future recycling needs.
I bring scrap down once a week and Aaron always helps me unload and has a smile on his face while he does. He is friendly and helpful everytime I see him.
Have been. going to Crystal Lake for years. Since opened what I have to say the crew that is in place now and from the last year or 2 is the best. I've ever encountered in the industry. Very honest and up front.
DON’T GO HERE I would give zero stars if I could the staff was rude and don’t let them anyway near your car will leave scratch’s when unloading your scarp. The yard was a complete mess looking more like a dump than a scrapyard. They will try to scam you from the prices you deserve and pay you much less. This yard was a complete mess , save yourself the headache and DON’T GO HERE!!
Do not go to this yard! I brought 800lbs worth of steel and they only gave me $30. The guy unloading was very rough and harsh unloading my scrap from my Suburban. I went to Ben’s Global Recycling in Elgin and they paid me the same for 400lbs of steel. Go to Ben’s Global instead of this yard who stole from me.
