Quoted .08-.10 cents per pound for light ballasts, it's also pretty standard on line at that price. They tried handing me .01 per pound. Beware!

All Scrappers stay away from this place or any of the Elgin recycling place these are robbers they quoted me $0.30 a pound over the phone for aluminum when I get there tell me $0.04 a pound because aluminum has oil and dirt on it. I spoke to someone called Mark and their headquarters and he said that he's apologetic and he will have someone take care of it I get back there still $0.04 a pound I took same aluminum to another scrap yard not far from there and I got $0.35 a pound.
