I enjoyed the classic ambiance of the Hotel and the customer service was excellent from check-in to check-out. My room was clean and prepared for us to have a comfortable stay. The restaurant and breakfast was professional and made with great detail to presentation and culinary skills. If I must offer any feedback back to a future guest; be sure to be prepared to pay for parking and be sure to put your ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign on your door if you plan to sleep in until check out at noon.
Excellent service all around, especially for it's price. Special props to Jesse. Great bartender. Courtney as well. Very helpful and informative. Great omelets for breakfast. Love the happy hour special. Dinner prices match quality, it's pricy but it's damn good. Maids took great care of my room. Room size was great; thought I was sharing a bathroom, not realizing the space was all mine. Overall; exceptionally good for the pricing. Fell like a Elite on a middle class budget I guess.
Easy to find, secure parking and a very friendly staff. Great breakfast choices. During the evening in the E Terie good selection of food and drinks and Eva who waits on tables really makes you feel welcome. It's nice to come in after a long day and have someone like Eva taking care of your table. Thanks Eva for making us feel at home.
What a wonderful stay at this Hilton. As a Diamond member , I have become accustomed to great service and this hotel did not disappoint. Starting with Manager Francesca. Always with a smile and going above and beyond. As a small example, I went downstairs and asked for a makeup remover wipe as to not stain the pillow case. The didn’t have any but she went out to a store and purchased some for me!! Who does that? Someone who has integrity and works above and beyond . This gal need a raise!!! Sent a note to GM Jennifer Navarro and never received a response so unfortunately have to write a negative review. I almost exclusively stay at Hilton properties and choose Embassy Suites whenever possible. I’ve been a Diamond or Gold member for the last 10 years. I was traveling with my wife and booked a King suite. I knew it would be a late arrival ~3am so I called reservations and they spoke to the front desk coordinating a late arrival.
