Overall good, but a few issues. First room I was assigned was extremely musty smelling. Asked for a different room. This one still smelled a little bit musty but was tolerable. The biggest issue was that the AC was largely ineffective and never could get it to a reasonable temperature. It consistently remained in the low to mid 70s despite being set at 65. I enjoyed the classic ambiance of the Hotel and the customer service was excellent from check-in to check-out. My room was clean and prepared for us to have a comfortable stay. The restaurant and breakfast was professional and made with great detail to presentation and culinary skills. If I must offer any feedback back to a future guest; be sure to be prepared to pay for parking and be sure to put your ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign on your door if you plan to sleep in until check out at noon.

I absolutely love love staying here rooms are always clean staff is so friendly and breakfast chefs are just amazing so nice and the omelettes are delicious. Everything about the breakfast is great. Oh forgot to mention they have a happy hour which is also awesome!!! Drinks and snacks

Next to the airport. Very nice, older hotel. Rooms are clean, large, and decent looking. Good sized mini fridge and the fitness center, lobby, restaurant, and pool and laundry are all good for short or extended stays.

Sent a note to GM Jennifer Navarro and never received a response so unfortunately have to write a negative review. I almost exclusively stay at Hilton properties and choose Embassy Suites whenever possible. I’ve been a Diamond or Gold member for the last 10 years. I was traveling with my wife and booked a King suite. I knew it would be a late arrival ~3am so I called reservations and they spoke to the front desk coordinating a late arrival.
