I had a very disappointing experience with ESP Solar from start to finish. A sales rep cold-approached me during the new construction of my home. He seemed friendly and knowledgeable, so I gave him a shot. Unfortunately, that turned out to be a decision I regret. The permitting and plan check process with the city was an absolute nightmare. It’s been 5 days after the solar system install. So far so good. The installers did an amazing job with attaching the panels on the roof and the electrical systems on the wall. They cleaned up after and I didn’t have to do anything at all. Thanks Dylan for coming on the day of the installation. This company is highly recommended.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This has been the worst service experience I’ve ever had. I had ESP install solar at my house about 8 years ago. We had issues with the inverter and I requested someone to come out to take a look at it. I texted Claire multiple times and asked for her to get something on the schedule. They never could give me a date or a next available time slot. I waited a month and gave up.
