I had a very disappointing experience with ESP Solar from start to finish. A sales rep cold-approached me during the new construction of my home. Froy the Installer was kind enough to explain the Install process and what to expect and when. He and his team were careful and focused on the project itself and customer care. That put me at rest to know they are capable of doing this installation in a professional manner.
VERY disappointing experience. Project took 18 months ago (Feb 2024). Installers do not read plans and/or plans are incomplete, which led to four failed Riverside County inspections. Customer service escalations go unanswered. Get communications from different people, no project manager assigned to my project - so no ONE person understands what is going on. It’s been 5 days after the solar system install. So far so good. The installers did an amazing job with attaching the panels on the roof and the electrical systems on the wall. They cleaned up after and I didn’t have to do anything at all. Thanks Dylan for coming on the day of the installation. This company is highly recommended.
