Had an incredible experience with Chris Sanner from EVO. From the initial meeting, through every viewing and open house, to the inspections, and lastly our closing. Everything went smooth and stress free. Chris exemplified what a real estate agent should be. My realtor, Adrian, is a mensch. I have been working with him for 3 years now, keeping apartments rented, and he has been helpful in the extreme (example: fixed an old dryer, helped move a washer). Besides the heroics, though he listens very well, sizes things up accurately, anticipates needs, communicates well, handles prospective tenants with tact, and most importanly he does exactly what he says he'll do when he says he'll do it. I was fortunate to have as my Real Estate Agent Nick Cedrone. He had great skills in keeping me updated, excited and motivated to sell my 1.7 Million home during a very difficult and challenging time in the Real Estate Industry. Chris Sanner, your marketing folks dropped this envelope with your business card inside my house without any hello and walked away. Solicitation in such rude manner tells me a whole lot about not dealing with you or the organization you represent.
