Callie was extremely rude, insensitive and very hard to work with. She insisted on moving us into a home that was not ready, provided me with the inspection sheet after paying my rent reservation fee and told me the fee was nonrefundable after 1 business day KNOWING 2599 Fieldstoneview Ln in Conyers GA had plenty of issues! I’ve had to call Excalibur on multiple occasions for clarification on questions during my move. Frank has been incredibly helpful every time! Update: been here a month and my dryer blew a fuse due to the vent needing to be cleaned. Josh helped get maintainable out to me ASAP and the issue fixed! My hot water just cut out now so hoping i am able to get help there just as quickly! Maybe faster! 🥶
