I doubt I've made 5 post total, but Mr. Frank Perez has been the best "consistently". Whatever my issue if he couldn't resolve it, he made sure I was on the phone with someone who could resolve the matter before that call ended. But with that, it too speaks to the collective team effort of Excalibur as a whole. So definitely hats off to Excalibur. Gratitude and respect.
