Do not use this company to manage your property! They cater to the renters. Even if the renters destroy your home they will give them their deposit back and then give you estimates of 10k to fix what they destroyed. We just got done spending all the money to fix it and it costs us approximately $7000 in repairs and you couldn’t keep their deposit for us despite LITERALLY BREAKING the ONLY 3 things we said don’t touch. My wife and I have been trying to move for over 3 months. Decided to try one of their rentals. We put a application and didn't hear anything back. Had to call to to find out what's the hold up. Which there was some issues they where having with the application but no one ever even called or even sent an email.
