I think my main issue is the lack of respect that Excalibur has for people's time. Here is my story...I have had nothing but issues with the AC in the house I am renting and the response to getting it handled has been awful. We have basically had no AC since about the middle of May. I submit their MELD forms and the expectation that I trouble shoot the issue ( if I wanted to do all of that I would own not rent) and still get ignored until I call then they act like I didn't complete the form. We just moved in yesterday, and the experience has already been extremely disappointing. The carpet cleaning that was promised prior to move-in was never completed, and the home itself was clearly not cleaned. Kitchen appliances still had crumbs and residue inside, and the bathrooms — especially the toilets — were visibly dirty. On top of that, almost all of the blinds are malfunctioning, and the upstairs temperature has reached 82 degrees and continues to climb.
