I’ve had to call Excalibur on multiple occasions for clarification on questions during my move. Frank has been incredibly helpful every time! Update: been here a month and my dryer blew a fuse due to the vent needing to be cleaned. Josh helped get maintainable out to me ASAP and the issue fixed! My hot water just cut out now so hoping i am able to get help there just as quickly! Maybe faster! 🥶
Frank perez was a great help he resolved my issues in a timely manner and and answered my question in a easy to understand yet thorough manner. I often jumble my words I'm not the most eloquent but frank was able to get to the root of my issue despite my poor speech
