Over a 2 week span I called 4 times and never received a call back. I was looking to obtain a quote for a retainer wall for my residence and after a week I called back to check in. I was advised it was assigned and that I would receive a call in a couple of business days. A week went by and nothing so I reached out again. I was then advised all of the engineers had meetings all day and that I should here back soon. 2 more business days passed and nothing! I'm glad the company is doing well enough to be too busy for a little 150 to 200 foot retaining wall project, but I would appreciate that information up front so that I could look for another company instead of waiting over a month with no call back.
This company has the POOREST follow up I have ever encountered. They will take down your information and say a project manager or engineer will follow up, but they never do. Even after repeated calls I could not get anyone to call me back.
Great structural engineering firm in the DFW area. Highly recommend due to quality of customer service and industry knowledge.
