recently visited family first ER due to a sudden illness and was incredibly impressed by the entire experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive from the moment I walked in, quickly assessing my situation and providing excellent care. The doctor was thorough and explained everything clearly, and I felt genuinely cared for throughout my visit. Thank y'all so much

Never a bad experience here. They go the extra mile to make sure that its not just an efficient experience but a comfortable experience aswell.The nurses and doctors always go the extra mile to ease my concerns. I find every visit that Ive had here is peaceful, easy and everybody here loves and cares about their job.

Amazing staff!! Ginger at the front desk was quick, friendly, & efficient getting me checked in and to the back to be seen in no time. Erin the nurse was very sweet and informative. Sheri the rad tech and Rosie the ER tech were fabulous as well. Overall I had a fantastic visit and will definitely be coming back!! Thanks ladies for taking care of me!!

Great customer service. Quick and extremely thorough. The front desk attendant, nurses, xray tech, doctor, etc. were very caring and compassionate. Best bedside manner and attentive to my concerns, (even a warm blanket and chamomile tea). Comfortable setting. Plenty of parking. Wonderful experience under the stressful circumstances.

Family First is amazing! In July I had to come back early from my vacation and they literally saved my life. Little did I know that I had developed COVID pneumonia despite me already taking antibiotics and trying to manage the fever, which would not break. Doctor checked for everything and knew what I had within 45 minutes of arriving. The whole staff was amazing!
