Our son had an incident at school where he fractured his tibula with the possibility of a fractured growth plate and we visited Family First ER where we received excellent care. They did an X-ray, showed us location of fracture and placed a temporary cast until we are able to get into an orthopedic surgeon. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. The facility is clean and well taken care of. I recommend this facility for any of your needs.
Best urgent care we have been to! Doctors and staff are amazing. Front office ladies are so welcoming, shout out to Ms. Toni, thank you for going above and beyond to make sure my kiddos were comfortable! Great service.
If I could give them more stars I would! The staff were very nice from the time we checked in until we left. The bedside manner from each person was exceptional! Thank you all for helping my little one❤️
