We had a pleasant buying experience & a very fair price. Tommy was GREAT to have the trailer in tip top shape & give us a walk thru before leaving with it. He took all the time we needed & was very professional with a good selection. We can't wait to enjoy our new/used living quarters trailer. The business was very well kept and easy to locate. We special ordered a cargo version of a Hart horse trailer through Farrell. The process was straight forward and the unit was built to spec.
They sent us instructions to put a down payment on a trailer. We called them not even 5 minutes after they messaged us to put the down payment down and they had sold it out from underneath us. I have never dealt with a company that doesn’t even give you 5 minutes before they sell it. Then the person we were on the phone with starts cussing at us because we were upset.
The Farrells are great to work with. Patient and understanding with no high pressure approach. Very helpful with knowledge and understanding about the products they are selling. Would definitely recommend anyone to get in touch with them when looking for a trailer.
