MY EXPERIENCE WITH FDI AT THE PRESERVE AT WOODRIDGE: I lived her for nearly 2 years, I even worked for the current management company at The Preserve so what I’m about to say is coming from someone who knows what happens behind closed doors. This company doesn’t fix anything. They have three and four different people in and out the office since I’ve been here within the past year and a half. I have two units that I have been in that are going under rebate for housing. They can’t never resolve issues they don’t know how to get back in contact with anybody.
They came in and instituted a PET RENT fee of $20 per pet.. I have 2 cats. $40 plus $50 rent hike. I live on social security and this should only be added to new applicants not those of us who are established. They are trying to offer me the use of one of my $300 cat deposits for pet rent use until gone. WHEN DO THESE GREEDY PEOPLE STOP!! PLEASE, don't have anything to do with any property that has these people as management. PURE GREED IS THEIR MOTIVATION.
No help in setting up rental payments online with Nov.1st. 2025 payments. Called FDI Management Group after Office can't help have to wait on manager because the Assistant can help me so she says....I was buying M.O. and dropping in a drop box but system has changed now. I was finally helped by Ms. Nicole the reason why was she was sick but she fixed my situation and was patient Thanks ❤️ we all have our days.
Everything that is advertised about 800BellshireDr is a lie. There is only one pool mold in the apartments..Need some professionals to look at these apartments to see what's really wrong with them Talk to the tenants to get an understanding of what is really going on.
