I just wana say that fidelity is the most professional bank i have banked with i have been greeted like a life long friend over the course of 4 months and Liz in customers services goes above and beyond her job duties in making sure every person at least myself have been taken care of to the fullest extent

WE L O V E FIDELITY! Especially Liz Martin, she is absolutely by far the best banker hands down that we’ve ever dealt with. This is coming from someone whose personally worked in a very well known bank and Fidelity blows the competition out of the water. They truly care about their clients and will go above and beyond for you, which means the world to us. Thank you everything Fidelity and especially you Liz!

Have been working with Fidelity Bank for a few years now - they know you by name when you enter, are helpful with your transactions, love your pets! They will go above and beyond normal expectations to help you achieve your financial goals. Love working with them!!

You are not just a number or a member here. They genuinely want your business and strive to take care of your needs quickly and efficiently. When you enter the bank if you look to your left, you might get lucky and observe one of the bank employees, Stefanie T., behind glass in her natural habitat. She enjoys when folks come by and watch her, but please don't tap on the glass.

I love Fidelity Bank, especially the Union Rd branch. I don’t have a lot of money, but they always treat me like I am important. They help me when I have a problem, and they are always helpful. It’s definitely like a hometown bank.
