Ordered a custom door on June 4th. I was told the process takes about 10 weeks. Called about a month ago and was told by September 24th. Called September 22nd was told "oh it looks like the permit hasn't been approved and did you order the hardware". Yes, I took care of that well over a month ago. Then called this morning to check the status. Now I am told they are waiting for the glass and the hardware and maybe another week to a week and a half. My new door is gorgeous!! The support from the office staff was perfect. When I had a question or concern it was addressed promptly. My door was installed perfectly and professionally. Very disappointed with my dealings with first impression doors. I placed an order on Jan 18, 2024 paid for the door in full, which is questionable in itself. Told the door will be installed in about 10 weeks. I get a call 4 weeks later, ,Feb 15, saying the size glass I selected for the door chosen would have to be larger than the size we were wanted.
