Ordered a custom door on June 4th. I was told the process takes about 10 weeks. Called about a month ago and was told by September 24th. Called September 22nd was told "oh it looks like the permit hasn't been approved and did you order the hardware". Yes, I took care of that well over a month ago. Then called this morning to check the status. Now I am told they are waiting for the glass and the hardware and maybe another week to a week and a half. The staff at the Jupiter Location was great from the moment I walked in their showroom. Matt was the gentleman I dealt with and he was very knowledgeable about the doors I was looking to purchase . The new front doors came in quicker than I thought they would. Their install team reached out to me, set up a date to install and they showed up on time and did a fantastic job.
