Absolutely recommend!! Did a great job from start(Shawn) to setting up(Joanne/Naisha) and Installers! All did an awesome job!!
We used them a few years ago to install a new front door for us and were very impressed. So much so that we used them again in 2026 to install 2 outside doors and an inside door for us. We had a different installer this latest time so we were a little nervous, but he and his assistant did a great install.
I absolutely love my new front double doors from First Impression! We got the glass with the cathedral style and it lets light in and still provides privacy. The painter Augusto stained the door so that it matches the garage so the wood grain shines through. It adds so much to our house. Everyone at First Impressions was so professional and courteous along the way, especially Joanne! I will totally recommend this company 100%!
My first order with 1st Impressions was very bad. The problems we had with our simple front door installation are are much worse than a typical job gone wrong. We paid a premium price of $3,900 for a basic door. We gave our 50% cash deposit in February. We did not have a working door until sometime in July after another 3rd party had to come in and finish what First Impressions fumbled so badly. We love our new front door! Dealing with Rick Dorwart was quick and easy and he was very knowledgeable. Luckily, I asked about making the side light operational and he stated no problem, it's just considered a double door! The carpenters contracted by First Impression were very thorough, clean, professional, very well-mannered and they spoke English.
