Stephanie was truly amazing throughout the loan application process and even after we closed on the house. Excellent service all the way. I wouldn’t recommend anybody else. I was a hard case, many mortgage people would have given up I believe, Britt went to bat for me, it took 7 weeks due to issues I wasn’t even aware of. This was my first dealing with First State Bank, and it was significant. My mortgage had unique aspects which could've been a challenge for others, but Robert and team took care of me like family.
