I have been banking with First State Bank for >10 years and they have always been excellent to work with! Everyone at the Roanoke branch is friendly, helpful, and fast. Thank you!
My debit card is frequently put in worn status which makes it to where I cannot use it. This is happened several times in the past year. The most recent was a pool company that we have used for over a year trying to run their monthly charge which put it into warn status again.
Very nice, personable staff. If you don’t like the big global banks. This is a great option.
