These people have no problem treating their customers like trash!! My mother went to this location for assistance and was talked down to, given dirty looks, and was even told they were closing her account due to suspicious activity (all by a member of management) but refused to explain further. She put my mother in tears! I wonder if anyone higher up has even a clue they make a habit of treating customers this way.
The most racist bank I have ever been in!!! I went into this Uncle Tom bank to try to open a bank account and they called the police on me saying that I was acting suspicious cause I asked do they have a change counting machine so that I can bring in all of my loose change...Really!?! Funny thing is that I didn't see them call the police on any of them Caucasian's who seemed to be able to walk through the bank freely.. I wouldn't recommend anyone of Color to visit this establishment Ever!!
Wonderful Bank! I have been with them for at least 12 years. They are always very helpful and have the kindest emplyees.
I opened an account at first state bank and the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful I highly recommend this bank
