I would give a 2.5 star if possible, because they are not really a 3. FSB as a bank is okay if you are a small individual who dont need good online banking or online bill paying, or any of the other high speed technology services the bigger banks offer. FSB is a business and technological Neanderthal. It takes them almost three weeks to set up and bring your account and cards online when starting a new account(s), and their debit cards are declined by half of the ecommerce and merchant sites who use offshore processing. Customer service is everything. They are the most helpful and the friendliest group of professionals in the business. From the top down, just a super bunch of people doing a great job for the community.
We went in to discuss loan possiblites and were met with the most condescending employee acting like we are the lowest form of life. All because we need to have our taxes refiled to correct an error. Please adjust the attitude of employee Carla Sherman
