Wonderful people, and strong customer service. Love having a Texas bank that is not controlled out of state. The bankers are people involved in the community. Rates are very competitive. This is a great bank.
Locked me out of my account for missing one text from them and also wouldn't help me sign up for estatements. I thought I had Done it correct but I still got charged and no help with it. Also couldn't opt out of receiving messages that would block my card
So many restrictions the bank is unusable. And when you want to change something it’s usually automated. Get used to hearing “there’s nothing we can do about that. You must conform to our policy on __ .”
