Really undecided on this place of business. Went there to get a passenger door opened and repaired due to the internal latch mechanism would not allow door to be opened. Ans was quoted what I thought to be an astronomical price, but can not seem to find anyone else to do the work or repairs so truly undecided on how to rate this company. But the the receptionist was very kind and very outgoing is the only thing I can truly rate here and she was great.
I have to give Frank’s a 5 stars for my bumper replacement. Not because they got it right the first but because they didn’t stop until they did!..which I respect. Not only that, they wound up replacing my battery because it died & replacing 3 inserts at NO charge to me. Any body shop can plug and play parts but Frank’s has them beat through customer service. Franks in Baytown went above a beyond on my Sierra 2500, excellent staff and service Highly recommend them! They make your vehicle look new..
On behalf of my parents. Be cautious of going here if you are an older person or don’t speak English that well the treatment they will give is no good. I witnessed it one time and had to intervene and speak up for my parent. Specifically the guy working there named Jordan. Unfortunately I was not aware of this sooner but my parents have been struggling with this place and the work and excuses they make is unacceptable. I personally recommend Crash Champions just down the road never had an issue there.
Franks Collision is a first class repair shop the manager Donny absolutely loves his job and takes care of customers really well. The repair process went very smoothly. Very happy with the work that was done on my mini van. The whole staff was very professional from start to finish.
