Frank's did an excellent repair on my car after being involved in a wreck a couple of weeks ago. Quick turnaround time. They kept me updated on the progress and only took a week to complete. Tom was a pleasure to work with. Front desk employees were also very friendly and helpful before drop off and at pick-up.
I have had 2 vehicles repaired here and am very satisfied, everyone is very nice, they have open communication and their work is great! I really hope I don't have to use them again but in the unfortunate even of another accident I will definitely be using Frank's again. Thanks for the great work guys! 😁
I had to pull over here due to a huge piece of metal in my tire. They quickly removed it and patched my tire at no cost. No wait time! Thank you so much!
I had my toyota highlander there after a collision. Was sent there by my insurance company. They definitely took my $1000 deductible and gave me my receipt showing warranty while I have my car. The sensors on the car are still not working. Went again and they couldn't fix it and said would call me in a week to get it fixed. It's been a month and everytime we call we are promised a call back. We have been ignored and nothing has been completed. Be careful if you take it there.by: Maria Vaughn
There was a part on back order. I completely forgot about it. It's been a couple of years, since they worked on the car. I called them and asked them what happened. They said someone got let go. So that's why they never got back to me. So it's been a month now. I let them know what the problem was. And they said they were going to ask the manager and see what they could do. Guess what happened again? No one's gotten back to me. How long am I supposed to wait for y'all to take care of what you have already been paid for!?
