I have been to Frank’s Collision in Crosby twice now and I have always had the best service. The first time was when I got rear ended and they work well with insurance! The second time I went to Franks, I had gotten into an accident with liability and had to pay out of pocket. They worked with me for my payment and we’re very reasonable! I’ve dealt with both David and Mike and they are both very helpful!! I will always go to Franks and recommend them to anyone!!

Very nice people. Dropped me off at the house, picked me up when it was done. I thought it would take two weeks but only took about three days. Polite and courteous people. Very clean, friendly, etc. Repairs were done through insurance, no problems, very easy to work with them, all papers required only a couple signatures, no hassle, etc. very good experience. Work was great, fast, spot on paint color, no rattling of fender, couldn’t tell it was ever damaged. I would recommend this place to a friend.
In the midst of trouble dealing with Allstate, Tom C. and his associates have gone above and beyond to help me out. Making after hour phone calls, writing emails, and keeping me updated all the while. Allstate is lucky to have them in their network to alleviate the headaches they cause.
Frank's Collision did an excellent job worked with our insurance company. They did everything to the highest quality. They even fixed a scratch on a door that was not even part of the claim. Thank you! I will be a return customer. That's if I have another issue.
