The team of movers were exceptional. They immediately put me and my husband at ease. We had been stressed about our move for weeks. We were happy to have chosen Freedom Movers (AKA Mayflower). No damage... The crew worked hard to insure a smooth process. I will certainly use them again! (But, hopefully not anytime soon.)
Pros: - Great, easy and prompt communication for estimate. - On time and cordial movers. Driver communicated well. - Competitive pricing. Cons: - Dishonestly marked a lot of furniture as dirty with marks when packing. Arrived in same good condition without marks, however dishonest practice done for a lot of items. - Should let people know that the perk of putting items straight into the truck without boxes (e.g. lamps/Vaccums) will come very dirty and covered in soot. Our Customer Service Rep., Matt, was knowledgeable, professional, helpful and walked us through our entire move from start to finish. Another Rep. This moving company was “spot on” from beginning to end. Communication was very good and ALL of our items made it from CT to SC safe and sound. The driver and his team were polite and took care of everything. We were very pleased with the moving experience!
Moving is stressful, however, my experience with Mayflower was A+! It was fantastic, easy peasy and the team couldn't have been better. From the first call with Andrew (sales), to working with Amy (logistics), Eddie and his crew (onsite movers). On-time, professional, detailed, clean, respectful and everyone gives off positive vibes. We moved from NJ to Florida and grateful for the entire team at Mayflower. Thank you for making it painless and stress free!
