Awful from start to finish. We were quoted for a four-person moving crew, but for the first hour and a half only one mover showed up. It took much longer than it should have just to load our already boxed belongings onto the truck. The crew also took a lunch break, and we assumed the clock would stop while they were off the job. Instead, we were billed for that entire time, which was incredibly frustrating. simply the best....i had to move my delivery around a bit and amy and the team worked so well with me... my delivery of and loading group was phenomenal! I would recommend this company to anyone who needs professional, courteous, hard working and very detailed! Can not say enough about the people who loaded packed and delivered my whole house with care and precision. thanks so much again!

Ralph, our estimator was very responsive and physically came to the house to get as accurate of a picture of the scope of our cross-country move. Amy, our coordinator, was amazing! She kept us posted daily on all aspects of the move and kept on top of everything. Ramon, our supervisor and driver, was very organized and helpful. Was a great experience overall!

We couldn't have been more pleased or impressed with our recent experience with Freedom Moving and Storage/Mayflower. From the packers, the loaders, the driver - everyone was polite, good-natured, professional, and very careful with and respectful of our belongings.. They made a typically stressful situation as pleasant and easy as it could possibly be. The movers and administration for my move were wonderful. All were very professional and efficient. Special kodus to Bob from Denver (so thorough and STRONG), Ralph Owczarek (so very meticulous and helpful with my car relocation, too), and Amy LaRosa (for her helpful communication and keeping me laughing). Thank you for the most pleasant segment of my long distance transport move from NJ to WA.
