Dr. Gavino is hands down the best dermatologist I’ve ever been to. I’ve been seeing him for years, and I trust him completely with my skin care. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and kind—and he takes the time to listen and explain everything clearly. His staff is just as amazing—always welcoming, efficient, and friendly. You truly feel taken care of from the moment you walk in. I can’t recommend Dr. Gavino and his team enough!
Dr. Gavino is an amazing doctor. He takes time to get to know you and understand your health related issues. From there he works with you on developing an optimal treatment plan specifically for you. He takes his time and you don’t feel like you are getting a cookie cutter treatment or that it is just an assembly line to make money. He is what all doctor should be, because you know he cares about your well-being. I can’t recommend him enough! Plus he helps. Keep you looking young and beautiful.❤️❤️

Dr. Gavino is the only dermatologist in the Austin area who accurately diagnosed and effectively treated my husband's psoriasis. After visiting numerous dermatologists over a period of 25 years without success, we were fortunate to have a friend highly recommend Dr. Gavino.
