Dr. Gavino is truly exceptional. The best doctor I have ever seen! Very highly knowledgeable and certified beyond most standard derms out there. Also incredibly patient and kind.
Dr. Gavino is the BEST. He’s incredibly kind and patient with my daughter (11) who has suffered some trauma from previous not so great dermatology experiences. She adores him. He has looked at her issue from a different perspective and we are finally seeing great results. The office staff and assistants are great as well.
I Don't recommend it.. I am sharing my story and the reason: I called the office to schedule my 1st visit because of issue in my foot. Wart or corn? To make it easier, let’s assume I said a (“wart”, not corn) when I called the front desk, the person scheduled my appointment and confirmed that they accept my insurance, and I was there on time. After the paperwork (it was a lot, and was electronic). I was called to get in and the nurse/assistant was there. She asked me about my visit. I showed her my foot and I said, I have b... read more
Dr. Gavino and staff are always welcoming, professional and organized making it the best dermatology experiences for me. They are knowledgeable and if they don’t know something Are proactive in getting an answer back to me efficiently. The office is so beautiful, clean, and comfy. I can’t speak highly enough about Dr Gavino and his friendliness, dermatology experience, and care for his patients which carried through to his staff. I highly recommend Gavino Dermatology!
I have been going to Dr. Gavino over a year now and every time I go to the office I simply request that they send me documentation of my payment with billing codes so I can bill to insurance on my own behalf. This is very standard stuff for doctor's offices and should be easy to accommodate but every time I have a visit here I have to repeatedly follow up with the office in order to get this request fulfilled. This last visit was the worst of all as it took them well over a month to send me this elementary documentation afte... read more
