Lived here for two years. Loved the quiet neighborhood, two story set up and multiple bathrooms. Unfortunately the office was miserable to work with from day one. Right before move in, no one was answering the phone. I stopped in and the maintenance man told me the leasing agent quit and our place was not ready. This was two days before move in! I moved in these apartments in July. Upon our arrival the apartment was not ready. The contractors were still putting in carpet, they did a light spray paint on the walls. We waited 3 hours to be able to move into the apartment after driving 15 hours to get here. After the move in the blinds were not replaced, there were a lot of patch up work done in the apartment. The move in was quick, easy, and comprehensive. Renae Johnston in the office was very polite and helpful and was invaluable in making the move in fast and hassle free. She clearly knew her job well and was knowledgeable enough to answer all of my questions, her availability and polite, approachable demeanor made interacting with her a very pleasant experience. Anything the needed to be fixed in the apartment was incredibly minor but was still taken care of in a timely manner by the maintenance staff. The maintenance staff is... read more

We have lived here for 4 years. Very quiet little complex in a nice neighborhood. There has been some issues in the past but have been resolved by the change in management. Renee is the best compared to the prior management. She has responded quickly to all request that has been made since taking over. The common areas are maintained nicely. The cost compared to most is well worth it.

If I could literally give this place a negative star review I would. The property managers don’t do their job or answer calls. ALL maintenance request take several weeks to come to fix it. Also if you put in a request to get something fixed they will walk in your house without knocking and if your not home they will still come inside without your knowledge. The late fees are over 100 dollars and they charge you whatever they want for water. They change the rules to when bills are due and late. They will charge u random money... read more
