Ordered 2 for my cabin cruiser.Was reluctant because I have been burned by others before. But could not locate locally in a timely fashion.So I bit the bit and ordered.Arrived in timely manner, really well packed. Came with the gaskets I ordered. Instructions on how to return to get my core charge returned, and shipping label to send them in. Out of the box they looked great-nice. Installed them. Great work at very fair price. Recently acquired 66 Mustang with Holley 4bl was running awful with fuel spilling on engine. Took carb to Guaranteed and got back new-looking, cleaned, and tuned carb ready to install. Car runs great now. Highly recommended.
I recently purchased a "Chinese Quadrajet" for around $150 new and installed it on my 78 GMC 350. I couldn't get it to idle right, at all. So after about a week I decided to go with the original Rochester Quadrajet but didn't want to break the bank. I found Guaranteed Carburetors on line and the price was about $100 more for a quality rebuilt Quadrajet. Very pleased. I tried to rebuild my Quadrajet, but the truck still ran very poorly. I ordered a rebuild from Guaranteed Carburetors, which arrived promptly. Though carefully packaged there was some damage in shipping. I called and proposed I try to repair the damage. Instead, they promptly sent a second carburetor - their solution - that arrived intact.
