AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!!! H&L Victoria is not a building company, they only do sales for builders, but they won’t let you know from the onset!!! they will passover your house to a wholesale builder and they get their percentage out of your build, then they are out of the picture. You will be left with a third party builder who you don’t have any relationship with. Most of the times this third party builder will not even know your needs. We would like to say a big thanks to Peter Booth and his entire team. It was our second investment property with H&L Victoria and we are very much happy with the result. The entire process was smooth, accommodating to design changes, very supportive with high attention to detail. There were no delays throughout and finally we have received a high quality and beautiful home.
