AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!!! H&L Victoria is not a building company, they only do sales for builders, but they won’t let you know from the onset!!! they will passover your house to a wholesale builder and they get their percentage out of your build, then they are out of the picture. You will be left with a third party builder who you don’t have any relationship with. Most of the times this third party builder will not even know your needs.
