If I could give ten stars because the service from my Optometrist Amrit Pokharel,OD. He has helped me a number of times on getting just the right glasses and always took the time to explain everything he sees. I learned so much. Such a blessing. Highly recommended to any facility who needs a traveling Optometrist.
My Dad is a resident in a local facility and on July 1, 2025 I began paying for an extra insurance policy for dental, vision and hearing through Aria. Well, I found out in March that Aria contracts out to third party vendors for vision & hearing. Longer story short, I ended up canceling the hearing part b/c my Dad had never been served and I'd been paying for 8 months at that point. Dr. Mehta and his assistant Kay were amazing! They really cared about our residents, and gave them the best dental care! Dr. Mehta was very friendly, and does wonderful work!
Scam. Does the eye exams at my moms facility. Have never contacted me in 2 years, 2 charges for eye refraction exam....for glasses prescription. Mom needs glasses, has 2 pair of different prescriptions both are broken. I filled in with readers since its a mild prescription and didn't know they were examining her and NOT INFORMING anyone. Thieves. Gross. I'll be filing a complaint with everyone I can.
I work at an assisted living facility in Ohio, we have used HealthDrive services the entire time I've been here. The residents have never had one complaint about the services they receive, always looking forward to them coming back. I send patient information, and it is always processed quickly within the same day. Melanie is always available to answer any questions or provide clarification quickly. I am very happy with the services we receive from them!
