My Dad is a resident in a local facility and on July 1, 2025 I began paying for an extra insurance policy for dental, vision and hearing through Aria. Well, I found out in March that Aria contracts out to third party vendors for vision & hearing. Longer story short, I ended up canceling the hearing part b/c my Dad had never been served and I'd been paying for 8 months at that point. Scam. Does the eye exams at my moms facility. Have never contacted me in 2 years, 2 charges for eye refraction exam....for glasses prescription. Mom needs glasses, has 2 pair of different prescriptions both are broken. I filled in with readers since its a mild prescription and didn't know they were examining her and NOT INFORMING anyone. Thieves. Gross. I'll be filing a complaint with everyone I can.
I work at an assisted living facility in Ohio, we have used HealthDrive services the entire time I've been here. The residents have never had one complaint about the services they receive, always looking forward to them coming back. I send patient information, and it is always processed quickly within the same day. Melanie is always available to answer any questions or provide clarification quickly. I am very happy with the services we receive from them!
We are an assisted living facility who works with Healthdrive for podiatry services. In the past we have had difficulty with communication and scheduling, however after speaking with different office staff members about these issues within the company our communication (via email) has started to improve so our residents are accurately able to seen in a timely manner. Health Drive services have been exceptional in our SNF. Having the option for dental and podiatry for our seniors has been a great service and experience. The Health Drive providers are very professional and caring! Communication with Health Drive has seamless.
