I work at an assisted living facility in Ohio, we have used HealthDrive services the entire time I've been here. The residents have never had one complaint about the services they receive, always looking forward to them coming back. I send patient information, and it is always processed quickly within the same day. Melanie is always available to answer any questions or provide clarification quickly. I am very happy with the services we receive from them!
We are an assisted living facility who works with Healthdrive for podiatry services. In the past we have had difficulty with communication and scheduling, however after speaking with different office staff members about these issues within the company our communication (via email) has started to improve so our residents are accurately able to seen in a timely manner. My mother, who is living in a long term health care facility in south Texas, received podiatry care from Dr. McClelendon. He does contract work for Health Drive in Framingham, MA. He trimmed her toenails without filing them, leaving jagged edges sharp enough to cut her legs. I made a complaint with the charge nurse.
Health Drive services have been exceptional in our SNF. Having the option for dental and podiatry for our seniors has been a great service and experience. The Health Drive providers are very professional and caring! Communication with Health Drive has seamless.
Timely service for long term care residents. Staff in Michigan are pleasant to work with and very helpful.
