Most amazing Hilton property! Right on the Riverwalk. Customer service was outstanding! The riverwalk restaurant employees were so friendly and attentive. The hotel front desk was so kind…sent us a 30th anniversary gift of champagne, meats, cheeses, tapenade and bread! The lobby bar also makes a great dirty martini! I would stay here again and recommend to anyone!!
What a wonderful experience I had. The velvet team was incredible. Took very good care of my rental. The front desk wow Isabel,Karen,Paola and Eliot. Hope I got names right they here there sept 2nd and 3rd. I even stayed an extra night becuse of the great service as treatment. Also the beautiful tissue bar tender on my last night forgot her name but she was there the 3rd so lovely. I will recommend this hotel to anyone staying in San Antonio.
I don’t even know where to begin on rating this great hotel. I booked this hotel using a special rate for my 40th birthday trip, however the rate had a limit of rooms. Some of my closest friends, from various areas of the country, confirmed coming – a birthday trip quickly turned into a reunion. I randomly emailed the team and received a prompt response. We were here for my husband's job. We stayed 3 days. We parked in the garage around the corner. The garage wad very close and safe. We were on the 9th floor with a balcony room facing the convention center. The room was very comfortable with 2 queen beds. There were plenty of plugs at the bedside and near the desk. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The hotel’s elevator takes yoy down to the Riverwalk. We ate at several of the restaurants along the river. We never took the car anywhere. Great service and prime location, just needs a cosmetic refresh I had a really solid stay here. The service was absolutely amazing—the staff went out of their way to be helpful and welcoming from check-in to check-out. My room was incredibly spacious, which gave me plenty of room to work and relax. The only real downside is that the rooms are showing their age.
