Visited during the holidays and stayed here with family. The location is fabulous and with the app I was able to secure parking for a nominal fee. Otherwise it's around $50, which is standard for hotels on the Riverwalk. We stayed on the highest floor and noise was not an issue at all. The Riverwalk view is gorgeous! It is nice they provide disposable earplugs, but they weren't needed. Its an ok hotel, we stayed on the 5th floor and our balcony overlooking the riverwalk was not worth it. It reaked of whatever the restaurant below was cooking and the bar live singers were obnoxious so you had to sleep with ear plugs. Our room was decent, but we had NO hot water took cold showers daily. For the price im sure there is something much nicer in the area.

I did not have the pleasure of personally staying on property, but my parents did for their retirement celebration, and I wanted to surprise them with wine in their room upon arrival. The room service staff was incredible, specifically one of the managers Janete! She was so helpful in including a note for them, as well as efficient and communicative to let me know her team took care of it! She also had a wealth of recommendations for their stay!

Every one of the staff was friendly and helpful. I last stayed at this location approximately 9 years ago. Th location is awesome, walking distance to almost everything. The room was clean, but the hallway and rooms had an off smell. Not horrible but definitely noticeable, to the point I had to use room spray everytime we re- entered the room. Also the shower curtain smelled like mildew. Nice hotel, just beware of the smell.
