Our pup, Leela, does not do well at the vet and has always needed to be sedated, even after the chill dog protocol cocktail. This was our first time at this vet for her yearly checkup and they were amazing! We were looking for a vet that would work with her temperament instead of just doing it "their way". The Champlin location has been caring for our puppy and older dog for 3 months and have been fabulous. Greeting our pets with names and friendly voices. They are always informative and have answered my many questions at every appointment and even when I brought my puppy in just to be weighed to get her flea and tick prevention pill. Always willing to help.
Highly recommend! On a holiday week they were able to accommodate us quickly! They made us feel very welcome and friendly. East Coast Dr. Katie was very fun to talk too,knowledgeable and thorough. The only vet I've known to be open on Saturdays too!! We are excited to become a member of their family and will make them our Hometown Vet.
Absolutely the best veterinary care team I have ever had. They never rush you through appointments, always taking time to make the animals comfortable before treating. Our Bloodhound actually gets excited to see them after having gone through multiple vets who didn't know how to handle him. They have worked us in to the schedule immediately for urgent needs on several occasions. I simply cannot say enough about how much they have changed the dreaded trip to the vet.
Had a sick dog on Saturday (unsure how sick) and it was so nice to have an option for urgent care on the weekend. They got us in right away and I didn’t have to wait long at all. Everyone was very friendly and very transparent about options and pricing. Had a re-check a couple days later and had the same experience. Considering making this our primary clinic 🙌🏽
