The Champlin location has been caring for our puppy and older dog for 3 months and have been fabulous. Greeting our pets with names and friendly voices. They are always informative and have answered my many questions at every appointment and even when I brought my puppy in just to be weighed to get her flea and tick prevention pill. Always willing to help.
Highly recommend! On a holiday week they were able to accommodate us quickly! They made us feel very welcome and friendly. East Coast Dr. Katie was very fun to talk too,knowledgeable and thorough. The only vet I've known to be open on Saturdays too!! We are excited to become a member of their family and will make them our Hometown Vet.
Had a sick dog on Saturday (unsure how sick) and it was so nice to have an option for urgent care on the weekend. They got us in right away and I didn’t have to wait long at all. Everyone was very friendly and very transparent about options and pricing. Had a re-check a couple days later and had the same experience. Considering making this our primary clinic 🙌🏽
We brought our senior cat here for the first time and had a great experience! Scheduling was easy, the office is new and welcoming, and the staff is very friendly. They didn’t try to push any unnecessary services, which we really appreciated. Overall, a wonderful vet visit, highly recommend!
We are preparing for a move out of the country and they got my cats vaccinated on short notice. Very kind trustworthy staff. Thank you!
