The staff was so helpful and kind in every aspect possible. They helped my family and I be comfortable during a very long visit as we began to navigate our senior pup's journey into a scary cancerous path. I expect all vets to be great towards the animals, but not all vets are as kind to the people. Can't express enough how grateful I was to have understanding and compassionate care towards my family and I during this difficult time.
I could not be happier with the care we received at Hometown Veterinary Partners of Champlin. From our first visit the staff knew my dog by name. My dog never had to wait in a crowded waiting room with other pets (which made her nervous) but rather we were always brought back to a comfortable and private room. Dr. Cerulli and her team took excellent care of Snuggles. They were responsive with communication and I never had any problem getting an appointment, even same day. We switched vets when Hometown Veterinary Partners opened near us, and it's been the BEST decision. They take every concern seriously and have completely changed our animals lives because of it. They explain everything so we can make informed decisions, they're thorough, kind, and get us in at a short notice if needed. Highly recommend them to everyone.
My whole experience with Dr. Cerulli and the staff here was amazing! I have a large dog who is fairly reactive, and they made sure that the environment didn't stress him out too much. They gave me a variety of options and recommendations that I found extremely helpful for the care and maintenance of my dog, such as vaccine/shot options or dietary recommendations to manage his weight. We love this veterinary office! They are open from 8-5 on Saturdays which is perfect for our busy schedule. The staff and especially Dr. Katie have been very kind and professional. They are patient and so knowledgable and helpful. They love our dog like he is part of their family. We can't recommend this office enough.
