Had a sick dog on Saturday (unsure how sick) and it was so nice to have an option for urgent care on the weekend. They got us in right away and I didn’t have to wait long at all. Everyone was very friendly and very transparent about options and pricing. Had a re-check a couple days later and had the same experience. Considering making this our primary clinic 🙌🏽
Grateful they were available Saturday afternoon. Great staff, friendly, caring. Nora's feeling much better now. I'm switching vets!
6/7/25....We visited for the first time today and had a great experience!! The clinic is very nice inside and the exam waiting rooms are very clean and well maintained..with couches! Dr Katie Cerulli did a great job of listening to our concerns and provided very useful information for anxiety treatment for our dog. Our first experience at Hometown Veterinary Partners in Champlin was incredibly hard, but the staff made a really difficult day easier with their compassion, knowledge, and kindness. Our senior dog was in distress, and they were able to get us in right away. We had to make the difficult decision to let her go, but the staff was so incredibly caring, and they made sure we were ready. Thank you so much for helping us say goodbye to our Winnie.
Dr. Cerulli and team, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the love and compassion you showed our sweet Weezy in his final moments. Saying goodbye was the hardest thing we've ever had to do, but your kindness made it a little more bearable. We never felt rushed or pressured, only supported, respected, and gently guided.
