They keep it so hot in there it’s not funny some of the staff is rude and so is some of the clients
For a long time, I loved HopeBridge at the Hollies. This last year has been particularly hard on me. The inconsistency with the staff has caused my daughter to fall back. She sees different staff members weekly. With each new person comes a completely different way of interaction. Just when she gets to know someone and they know her and are sincerely invested in my child, and just when I feel that I can finally relax, everything changes. Our family member had a good support system from schools in the past and thought this would help. They are very clearly understaffed, sometimes the bus didn't show up due to lack of staffing or vehicle issues. It's disappointing this is one of the only adult day cares in the area that's not a church and there's nowhere else to go for people in need. This one star is for the nurse that brought my sister to my car when I came to pick her up at 11:28 am today June 11. The two women that were assisting at the front desk were rude in their approach to me. The First Lady assisted in explaining how to sign my sister out. I grabbed 3 masks for me, my uncle, and my wife incase I had to enter the building, for the safety of others and ourselves. Great staff...love Ms Kay and all the support of the CNA's. My daughter Joslyn Branch enjoys going every day to be with her friends and participating in the wonderful Activities.
