In the times I have had to work with the to clear questions related to HOA affidavits, work related issues, and special assessments I have always found HRC to be very quick with responses and pleasant to work with. That is exactly what you want with someone managing an association- pleasant and expedient. Definitely top notch!
My husband and I were very happy and satisfied with Adam who takes care of landscaping issues. He listened and took care of our concerns. He was very knowledeable and easy to deal with.
So far after 1 year I’m pleased with the service provided. I’ve submitted a handful of projects I wanted to do and all approved in an acceptable amount of time.
You need to have phone customer service. The portal is not customer friendly nor adequate. Your Aventura audience should be treated with more personal concern.
