I am happy to share my very positive experience about Inspector Plumber! I was very impressed with the professional introduction on my phone call and the quick timeframe of their arrival. I had a smart toilet installed and was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable price! I highly recommend them!

Had a tankless water heater replaced and the team did an excellent job. The original system was ~11 years old, not maintained as well as it should have been, and started having flame/ignition (12) errors and the control quit displaying. Wasn’t sure going into the weekend if we wanted to put money into an old system and wait for parts to be delivered the following week so we decided to have it replaced. Water heater was replaced the same day we made the service call.

After filing a claim with AWR on 1/1/26 in the afternoon, I received a call from Inspector Plumber early morning on 1/2/26, and they were at my home within 1hour just as I was told on the phone. I love the quick response. No other company that I've dealt with in the past has been this quick in responding and actually coming out. After researching local companies online, I saw Inspector Plumber was recently voted the best by Riverbender. i appreciated that is was family-owned and veteran-owned. Got the owner, Scott, on my initial call — he was pleasant and helpful, and familiar with my neighborhood. he sent over Rob within the hour, who was professional and determined to help solve the mystery of our leak. Rob went the extra mile to carefully explain his findings. Highly recommend.

I called Inspector Plumber to come and look at my basement toilet that was not flushing. I have used this company many times at two different houses, over several years and I’ve always been happy with the service. From the intake call/ scheduling with Michelle to the work done by the techs, I’ve always felt secure in their work. They arrive on time, clean up any messes they made, and take time to explain the repairs to me. As a single mom/woman I feel comfortable knowing I can trust Inspector Plumber to do the job right.
