I needed a new home cleaner as I moved to a new area in Austin and my house cleaner of 7 years couldn't go this far. I called It's Cleaning Time and explained my unique needs of not needing a standard clean but a more customized approach and I'm fussy. I was reassured that the perfect cleaner would be sent to my house next week. This company provides excellent service. The two young ladies who came to clean our house were always careful, attentive, and friendly. They were also happy to accommodate the few specific requests we made of them (like "please make our bed this way"), and were always on time or a bit early. Very pleased with our experience with It's Cleaning Time.
Cleaning Time helped make my home very clean and presentable. Their deep cleaning services were excellent- above others. The staff goes out of their way to ensure my home is clean and tidy. They clean everything you ask them. The first time they did a deep cleaning was after a remodel. They made sure to get all the construction dust and even steamed our carpets. It’s Cleaning Time did a great job with our deep clean and we started using them every 2 weeks. Abby and Sara are pleasant and accommodating. They make our home feel nice and fresh after each visit. They ask me to look it over before they leave and they address anything that I ask them to.
DO NOT RECOMMEND. The ladies cleaning were nice but the quality is terrible. i paid 630+tax for a deep cleaning, which is extremely high, and the cleaning was BARE MINIMUM. and on top of that, they were trying to charge me for an extra hour. the floors still had dirt and hair all over the floors, dog hair all over the rug, the kitchen backsplash was not cleaned and there's mold in the corners of my shower door frame. what kind of deep cleaning that took 7hrs is this? and the best thing you could do was just discount the extr... read more
