We have been working with Robert at Jan-Pro for several years now. He is the best individual I have worked with to clean our buildings. He provides exceptional service, is responsive and a great communicator. We are thankful to have him!!!
I decided to recommend Jan Pro to my company and help to make the switch to save money. While the clean was good whenever it got done there are a lot of communication and consistency issues with the company. 30% of the time they did not show up for the clean for various reasons. They switched owners in the middle of our service and that did not improve the consistency. I would NOT recommend any company use Jan Pro for their cleaning services.
