We have hired Jan-Pro to clean three of our facilities, and we are very satisfied with their services. The facility in Charlotte, in particular, requires extra attention and strong cleaning without harsh scents due to the specific needs of the population we serve. Jan-Pro has consistently met our expectations, and when any issues arise, they are quick to respond and address them. I am a site manager for a high-tech industrial equipment manufacturer. We have over a 4000 square foot space with a show room and training room. We have been with JanPro for only a short time but I can say that the communication is very easy. JanPro made the process of opening an account very simple and I appreciated that before starting service, Kerry the field service consultant came by with Michael that would be cleaning my office.
