Jan-Pro was very responsive and is doing a great job of managing our account and cleaning our facility!! Tom came out the day after I called and did an estimate for me and took great notes on what mattered the most. Once i approved their quote Staci came out and did a walk through and made sure she understood my needs as well. All of the employees really appreciate having the place professionally cleaned. I would highly recommend Jan-Pro

Our first cleaning contractor was pretty good! We did have a few issues that were corrected after addressing it. Once she got hurt, Jan-Pro had to find another cleaning contractor, we had terrible luck back to back.. they were terrible. BUT our account manager, Andrew has been so helpful and on top of getting our account handled by a professional. We now have a contractor named Bettie and she is FANTASTIC! Jan-Pro has been great to work with! Regularly they are checking in to make sure the cleaning services are adequate and meeting our needs. In addition to providing the weekly services agreed upon, recommendations for other services have been provided to enhance and help our facility sparkle without pressure to have to do them right away. I would highly recommend them!
