I’m extremely disappointed with the cleaning service provided by Jan-Pro. Nothing is ever consistently clean—trash is often left in bags, the floors are untouched, and the bathrooms are a mess. The toilets aren’t properly cleaned, and there’s never a fresh or clean scent afterward. It genuinely feels like no real cleaning is being done. I really enjoy working at JAN-PRO Systems. Great teams of kind people at the corporate level, smart and driven regional developers, and incredible opportunity at the franchisee level to completely change your career trajectory.
We've had bad cleaning companies, but this one takes the cake. We complain and they correct it for 1 week and then slide back into doing nothing. Section 7 of the contract aloows you to terminate except it has a catch. They have 30 days to resolve the problem which they resolve one problem and have another right behind it. It's a crappy loop that you can't get out of. So if you want top pay $1000 plus a month and get nothing for it sign up with them. Do not book with this company. I promise anyone else is better. Very unprofessional and even the owner takes no ownership of their employees work.
Jan Pro International lets anyone franchise or work with them, including xenophobic racists in Charlotte! How inclusive!
