I do not recommend this company. They run franchises with business owners who hire shady independent contractors to come clean your property. These independent contractors are ex felons and gang members. When the company was notified about the conduct of their employees, they had no regard for rectifying the situation. We are having a hard time to cancel our services and to get our keys back. Attached pictures were taken after the crew came to clean our church. The reson I am leaving my review here is that Corporate Office should be able to instruct their franchisees to do the right thinng.
I would like to send a special Thank You to Brad, Devin and the staff of Jan-Pro of Mineola for helping purchase my first house. There has been some ups and downs but what business doesn’t have that. For 2019 in Jan Pro Mineola we are on a upward swing in business and understanding with the office and the Unit franchise owners and do to that improvement I was able to purchase a house. So thank you Brad, thank you Devin and thank you Jan Pro Mineola.
Crooks. The Master Franchisor was a professional lawyer before giving up his life's work to buy his "position" with Janpro. They take 20.5% of your check before paying you, and you only get paid once a month. Yes, they hold back a check. So don't expect any return on investment for 2 months. They hardly ever get your check right, so be good at math and keep an eagle eye on your books.
