I'm based in West Hollywood, Los Angeles and recently J&R Custom Woodworks built four black custom wood planters for some fig trees in the backyard, and we could not be happier! I was in great need of privacy screens for my small balcony in Hollywood. Browsing through Amazon, Home Depot, and Lowe's without any success, as they look cheap and wonky... I contacted the J & R crew, who came out, measured my balcony, and gave me a reasonable quote for privacy screens with planted boxes. Everything was custom-made to fit my balcony!! AMAZING!! I highly recommend these guys!!

Rudy came by to take measurements of my built-in cabinet. He patiently asked me how many drawers I needed and what would work best for the space. I appreciated that he took the time to ensure everything would fit properly and look nice. When it was time for the drawers to be delivered and installed, the team showed up and did a fantastic job. These guys are the real deal. I had a somewhat complicated woodworking project that I needed done. I have a wall hung litter box that hangs outside, and I wanted a custom cover for it on casters with a planter box on top.They came out and took a measurements of the box and space so as to get the dimensions exactly right. They gave me an estimate for how long the project would take to complete and they stayed within it. The results were exceptional. Communicative, friendly, professional. 5 stars all the way.
